Important Information for Poster and Oral Presenters, and Student Awards at ISFNF 2024

Dear Attendees,

We are excited to welcome you to the International Symposium on Fish Nutrition and Feeding (ISFNF) 2024. Here are some important details regarding your poster and oral presentations:


Poster Presentations:

1. *Registration*: Please register on Monday before 5:00 PM. This will allow you to place your poster and be ready for evaluations.
2. *Poster Placement*: After registration, place your poster on the designated boards marked with your work ID numbers.
3. *Materials*: Tape for mounting your poster will be provided in the poster area.


*Poster Evaluation Schedule*:

- Posters will be evaluated during the poster sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Each poster will be evaluated by three judges.
- You must be present at your poster until it has been evaluated three times.


*Exhibition*:

- Posters will remain on continuous display until Wednesday evening.


Oral Presentations:

- Oral presentations will be evaluated by three judges during your presentation.
- Awards will also be given to the top three oral presentations.


Student Awards:

- The top three posters will receive awards.
- The award ceremony will take place on Friday, May 31 at 5:20 PM, before the closing ceremony.
