What does my registration cost cover?
Access (Entry) to all conference sessions, poster and exhibition area.

Welcome Reception.

I will not be presenting any work at the Conference. May I attend the event?
Yes, we welcome attendees who are not presenting work under delegate or student category.
Are there any discounts for early registration?

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancelation of registration must be received in writing, sent to isfnf2024secretariat@gmail.com, no later than April 29, 2024. Refunds for registration will be subject to 50% handling fee. No refunds will be will be made for cancellations received after April 29, 2024 or for “no shows”, unused services, or early termination of attendance. Refunds will be processed and payed after the conference.
How to submit an Abstract?

When will I know if my paper has been accepted?
The abstract reviews will be sent to the author within two to three weeks after submission. If you are not hearing from us, please contact the main conference coordinator at isfnf2024secretariat@gmail.com
How much time will be given for an oral presenter?
Each oral presenter will have 15 minutes of presentation plus 3 minutes for answering questions.
